Christmas Lights for Figure Eight Island Homes
Figure Eight Island is a private, gated barrier island just north of Wrightsville Beach, with large oceanfront and soundfront homes that face strong wind and salt spray all winter. We install commercial-grade LED lights we supply, cut to fit your home, and the Shark Guarantee means we fix any strand that goes dark during the season for free.

Do I need to provide my own Christmas lights?
Nope! At Shark Illumination, we supply premium, energy-efficient LED lights custom-fit to your home. You choose the colors and style, and we handle the rest—from design to takedown.
What areas do you serve for residential lighting?
We proudly serve homeowners throughout Wilmington, NC, as well as surrounding areas like Wrightsville Beach, Hampstead, Ogden, and Carolina Beach. Not sure if you’re in our service area? Just reach out—we’d love to help!
Can I customize the look of my Christmas display?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of light colors, patterns, and layout options to match your style—whether you want classic white, playful color combos, or a unique holiday theme.
When should I book my Christmas Light installation?
Spots fill up quickly once the season approaches, so we recommend booking early—ideally in the fall, like October or Early November. This guarantees your spot and gives us time to design the perfect display for your home.

Yes, we do. We can light up your home for any holiday celebration: from Christmas, Kwanzaa, Diwali, Ramadan, and Hanukkah… even Halloween! We can do lighting to enhance any celebration your family takes part in.
Also, we own and operate a local power washing company called Shark Power Washing and have been serving the Wilmington area for nearly 20 years.
